Living with tinnitus?
That ringing in your ears isn't something you have to just live with.
You've probably been told tinnitus can't be treated. After 21 years and hundreds of people helped, we know that isn't the whole story. It isn't a cure, but it is a treatment, and it's one we developed here in the South East.
No obligation · A proper in-depth test, not a sales pitch
You can't cure a cold, but you can treat it. Tinnitus is the same. The goal isn't to mask the sound. It's to find where it's coming from and reduce it down.
Watch first
Lee explains exactly what we do, in his own words.
Before you book, take a few minutes to hear how we find tinnitus and reduce it down. No jargon, no hard sell, just the honest detail you won't get anywhere else.

What you've been told vs what's possible
Most people give up before they ever get the right test.
If you've searched online, you've found apps, white noise and a lot of "learn to live with it." Here's what actually changes the picture.
The usual advice
"There's nothing that can be done." You're handed coping mechanisms, distraction techniques, or a white-noise app that simply replaces one sound with another. The tinnitus is still there, just papered over.
Our approach
We pinpoint exactly where your tinnitus originates, then target that spot with a precisely tuned sound that disrupts the feedback loop and reduces it down. Many people notice a difference within the first half hour.

We diagnose where
it's coming from
Using ear-pressure tests, bone conduction and a full examination, we check all three parts of the ear to rule out blockages, wax, or eardrum issues and narrow down the source.
We test beyond a
standard hearing check
A normal test stops at 8,000 Hz. A lot of tinnitus sits between 8,000 and 12,000 Hz, so we test your hearing across a far wider range to locate the high-frequency area most likely responsible.
We pinpoint the
exact sound
Using sound-engineering techniques borrowed from the recording studio, we run a pinpointing test to match the precise frequency of your tinnitus. This is where audiology and sound engineering meet.
We reduce
it down
You're given a tuned sound to use for about half an hour, twice a day. By targeting your tinnitus with our sound, we disrupt the feedback loop and bring it down, often noticeably.

How we do it
Finding the needle in the haystack.
The ear is one of the most complex organs in the body. Tinnitus can come from the eardrum, the middle ear, or most often the inner ear. So the first job is always the same: find it.
Why this is different
It isn't masking. It's treatment.
Manufacturers added tinnitus masking to hearing aids years ago: ocean sounds, wind, white noise. That can help, but it only replaces one sound with another. We wanted to actually reduce it, even for people with no hearing loss at all.
-
Targeted, not generic: We treat the specific frequency causing your problem, not a broad-brush sound.
-
Works without hearing loss too: Plenty of people who hear perfectly well still want their tinnitus reduced. We can help.
-
Developed in-house over 21 years: A method born from combining audiology with creative sound engineering, refined patient by patient.

"I've got people who now walk around without tinnitus in their ears. That's an amazing thing, and it's genuinely what we do."
